Appointments
An appointment on our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you (and you will be present for treatment). For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a $40.00 cancellation fee may be assessed to your account. Our office policy is firm in this regard, and we cannot accommodate frequent cancellations or short-notice changes.
Insurance
As a convenience to you, our office administrator will submit charges for services to your insurance carrier. She is familiar with most insurance companies and will help you utilize your benefits to the fullest. We do consider you, the patient, responsible for your account. We accept most insurances; however, we are not preferred providers. When assignment is involved, only that portion which is not covered by insurance is due at the time of services rendered. We try to give treatment estimates before scheduling appointments.
Please bring your current insurance card with you on
your first visit.
